The Shiny New Festival- Liverpool's Fringe.

The Shiny New Festival is a new fringe organisation for the City of Liverpool. Bringing the best up and coming acts for one week in local venues, the festival is a showcase of the future talent in performance art whether it be drama, comedy or magic.
